Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with N1JUR Brands. Most of our apparel, accessories, and merchandise are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Production and Fulfillment
Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days to be printed, inspected, and prepared for shipment. Production time is separate from shipping time and may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high demand.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery dates include both production and shipping time.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Separate Shipments
Products may be fulfilled at different facilities or require different packaging. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at [support email address] if an address needs to be corrected.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change its delivery address. Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address may require an additional shipping charge before they can be sent again.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If an order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, please review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at [support email address] for assistance.
Suspected lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the order with our fulfillment partner and determine whether it qualifies for a replacement or other resolution.
Packages Marked as Delivered
When tracking shows that an order was delivered but it cannot be located, please check around the delivery area, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier directly.
Orders marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for a refund or free replacement. We will review these situations individually and assist wherever reasonably possible.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery time.
